Pleasure Finds has gone through many incarnations. It began as a weekly post to highlight really cool discoveries I’d made. It then began to feel too much like an endorsement of consumption and I felt trapped in the rigid structure of it, so I backed off for a few months. Now, the process is more organic; I am no longer tied to highlighting something every week but rather only when and if something gets me truly excited or inspired. The purpose of Pleasure Finds is to CELEBRATE CREATIVITY.
The selection of Finds has always been, and will continue to be, a purely subjective reflection of my aesthetic. I usually post on Friday. These posts have never been sponsored in any way. If that ever changes, I will let you know.
Pleasure Finds are frequently purchasable consumer products. I provide links to where I’ve found each Pleasure Find, but that place is not always the only source for the Find. I no longer indicate the cost of any Pleasure Find I highlight. This is NOT a buying guide. I simply want to say, “Look! Isn’t this totally cool!”
