About Me
Hello and welcome to Pleasure Notes! Please call me Em; my name is the least of the things you’ll learn about me around these parts.
I created Pleasure Notes in late 2008, when I was in a dark period and needing a place through which to find some light. It didn’t start out particularly personal, but then life got kind of crazy and this is where I came to talk about it. I hope, through sharing my experiences, outlook and aesthetic, I can put a smile on your face, touch your heart and make your day a little brighter.
I am a writer, designer, pleasure-seeker, observer of human nature, and cultural dilettante. If you want to know more about what I’ve done, check out the Achievements page. If you want to know where I intend to go, hop over to the Intentions page. If you would like to share my journey along the rambling road of life, subscribe to my feed and join the conversation.

Thank you for stopping by. Here’s to a glorious adventure!
