This week, why not get right to the heart of the matter? Speak your truth, address a challenge head on, acknowledge something you love to do by spending twenty minutes or two hours doing it TODAY. Let this week be one of heightened presence because, well, why the hell not? You may see things in a whole new light.

  1. Thank you, Emma, for this reminder and exhortation to the truth – I’m still figuring out HOW, but sometimes wonder if that is a crutch keeping me from just listening, from getting to the heart of the matter (and of myself?)

    • Lindsey: Be kind to yourself. Listen gently. But when you don’t listen, don’t pull out the whip. We’re all so imperfect on our journeys. That imperfection is what makes life so beautiful and surprising.

  2. It does feel like that sort of time. I resonate with the first part. It is fairly easy for me to spend time doing what I love. Harder to address challenges head on. Great prompt for me. Thanks.

    • Kate: You are very welcome ;) . And I completely empathize with the challenges of facing challenges! That’s why I, too, need the prompts.
