I realise this post is old, but I was running through, obviously, and had to stop for the purple peppers. Ya know, in case you hadn’t found an excuse to buy some yet.

If these are like the ones I get in Indiana, they are AMAZING! A little bitter, a lot sweet, with that yummy bell pepper taste running through. Awesome in stir fry. Almost as important, very pretty sitting in the produce baskets on the counter.
