Lem: Thanks, chica! Gotta say, I’m kinda obsessed now.

Nat: I’ve never thought about losing the sense of taste. That would definitely suck, though I’ve heard that a lot of what we associate with taste is actually attributable to scent/smell. But then again, there’s a reason I’m not a scientist.

Kat: It is very important to appreciate the adornment of one’s toes.

I love green nail polish, too. Every spring-summer I paint my toes the lovliest shades of green and then add flowers to them. Afterall, the summer is when everything’s in bloom and I love to see the gardens and smell those wonderful scents that only appear during daylight savings. And what better way to see a garden every day then to look at my toes.

my hubs and i have talked about what sense it would be most difficult to live without. i can’t imagine life without sight and he can’t imagine life without sound…

i’ve read that life without the sense of taste is really terrible but not that widely publicized. i’m happy each day for all of my senses.

I actually also have a thing for sight. I first got glasses in 4th grade, and I remember the car ride back home being amazed that everything was in such clear, sharp focus. I’d had no idea what I’d been missing.
