Yi Shun: I stick everything but the lettuce in a skillet to cook and char a bit. Then I toss them with the lettuce and maybe add some protein. Makes for a great salad-ish feast. Try it! And, btw, welcome to PN!

Oh, Em – that much rain drives me to the brink – gotta see some sun or I can’t “stave off the straight-jacket”. Although those onions Bonnie mentioned — with the tears you mentioned – that’s good. Sometimes I will break down in tears after too many rain days – and then (sometimes) I’ll feel some relief. But mostly – just bring on the dem sun!
Hope you get a few dry days REAL soon!
Love the photos and glad you’ve got your chopping block – sounds like a good way to burn off some arghhhhhhhhh!

Jennifer: Oh, I’ve done the shopping thing, too. But not when it rains. Then, I don’t leave the house so it’s all about the chopping. I definitely recommend trying it. VERY satisfying!
